First off, I don’t normally read horror. I’m not one of those gals that likes to scare herself silly. And yet, I love all of the books in the Lockwood & Co. series. Set in England it imagines a place where ghosts have proven to be real, and they are all over the place, with the greatest concentration in London.

Juliana has little to no interest in the Season. She’d much rather be studying her ladybugs than worrying about marriage. Spencer is also not concerned about his love life seeing as he has just been assigned his first mission by the War Office to root out a spy.

Progress on current WIP was moving along at a steady pace. I had hit the 80% mark of the first draft, and I had begun copious notes on changes to be made in the second draft. And then mission parameters changed, and my team was sent to Hawai’i.
