There are a countless number of reworkings of the Holmes/Watson duo originally created by Doyle. First off, I don’t normally read horror. I’m not one of those gals that likes to scare herself silly. And yet, I love all of the books in the Lockwood & Co. series. Set in England it imagines a place where ghosts have proven to be real, and they are all over the place, with the greatest concentration in London.
